    SUB- PROTECTION OF CRIMINAL AND HRASSMENT OF HEAD MASTER BY IGLAS POLICE.(DIST ALIGARH)

    Sir,
    Under mentioned case may be taken with your support to save the faith of a honest headmaster and protect his life which is under threat.

    Mr. ASHOK KUMAR- Mr Ashok Kumar is Head of Primary School village Maujipur Block Gonda of Aligarh District of Utter Pradesh . He is Sincere honest and doing his duty very honestly in the school. Villagers are very much happy with his job and his previous record was also very clean in previous schools. Sweet spoken and well behaved and civilized citizen of India and has faith in the Indian system.

    Mr Sukhbir Singh S/O late shree Rajendra Singh is the Pradhan of Maujipur village and he is at present SAMAJ WADI PARTY LEADER . Mr Sukhbir Singh is unsocial and with criminal back ground. In Iglas Police station more than dozen cases are pending against him. He knows the short comings of Indian system and with political back he manipulates the things in his favour. He has three Arm licenses on his name.

    CAS E HISTORY-
    (A)-Two Shiksha Mitra were working in the school both are from opposite part in the village. He want that they should be dismissed from the school. and their payments is pending more than two year and they also written many application to various authorities in the state to get their dues.
    (B)- Mr Sukhbir Singh also want commission in Mid Day Meal Scheme and from the school fund and he want that Head master should give him a blank chaque.
    For both the cases (A) and (B) head master was not agree for this he was start threatening the head master and also said he will get dismissed from the service as there is Samaj Wadi Party government in the state.
    On 24 April 2012 head master gone to receive the gas for the school. Around 0830 hrs Mr Sukhbir Singh along with some people gone to Gas Agency Iglas and start beating the head master, he made many round of fire with pistol. Head master reached to police station Iglas. And want to lodge the FIR but SHO Iglas did not not do so due to political pressure. Than headmaster inform the teachers union and thr union leader reached to SSP and SSP ordered SHO for FIR and finally FIR taken. Now Mr Sukhbir Singh is provided with two police man for his safety to show his royalty and Iglas Police is taking no action. He is giving threat to the headmaster as well as to case witness that he will kill him. Till 26 April2012 no action has been taken as case is registered in IPC 307and other ipc……etc.
    It is requested to take up the case to the concern authority and punish the guilty to restore the faith in the system and encourage the honest people and help the honest head master. As the Iglas Police is Not taking any action and role of SHO Iglas is not impartial. Case may taken honestly.
